Our unit this week was Me and My Family! We had lots of fun talking about all of families and how they are all different but that each one of us is LOVED so much!
We hope that all the Dads enjoyed Dads and Donuts! The pictures from this event will be going home next week!There are not too many pictures of work inside our classroom this week. Living in the Houston area, we do not get very many beautiful days that we can just enjoy playing outside. On Tuesday we threw all of our center lesson plans out the window...and went to the playground for some extra time in the sun! We saw lots of sweet familiar faces :)
Then on Tuesday...I forgot to bring my camera to school...
In Centers this week, we had fun working to form these pictures! It is fun to see some students work to get it identical to the poster picture and others have fun making their own picture. Both are wonderful!
We played with play dough.
Worked on some coloring too.
We matched up some shapes and colors.
We played with different family members in our sensory table.
And we created a family collage!
